Proven experience as a QA Lead or similar role, with a strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
Knowledge of programming languages will be preferred
Key Responsibilities
Overseeing and managing all the testing activities within the organization by overseeing all aspects, from planning to execution.
Creating a testing plan for the projects, knowing what testing needs to be done and how it is to be done.
Lead the team in developing and executing manual and automated test cases to verify the functionality, and security of the software applications.
Regularly reporting on issues found during testing activities and their resolution so that the management can take corrective actions, if any.
Keeping a track of all the testing activities and their updates for future references.
Lead direct client discussions and daily status meetings.
Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
Lead the team towards successful and timely completion of projects
Continuously review and enhance testing processes, methodologies, and tools to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and coverage of testing activities.
Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional growth and skill development in the field of quality assurance.
Ensure the availability and stability of test environments, including setting up necessary configurations and data for testing purposes.
Implement and monitor key quality metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of testing efforts and provide regular reports to management on quality trends and improvements
