Additionally, one of the most important aspects of this role is to keep an eye on any recent and/or new developments in the industry that can be further leveraged to diversify the organization’s operations and build a new vertical.Compensation

Creating and presenting strategic plans for a better growth ratio of the organization.

Ensure full engagement of sales teams in relevant lead generation actions via ongoing communication and review of results as an actual member of the sales management team.
Conducting timely market research.
Work with cluster/country marketing teams to guide the program execution of campaigns, which requires AE’s direct contribution.
Create and own a consolidated demand generation plan to meet AE pipeline generation targets, taking into account sales priorities.
Identifying and promoting the best use of demand-generation tools within sales teams and sharing demand-generation best practices across countries and segments.
Ability to debate and discuss contradictory opinions and be flexible in your thinking.
Ability to translate strategy and vision to tangible initiatives and actions, prioritizing and optimizing when necessary.
Strong affinity understanding of target audiences, needs, and sales management processes.
