Graphic Design:• Develop creative and visually appealing graphics for digital marketing materials, including social media posts, website assets, and promotional materials.• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure design concepts align with overall brand strategy.2D Animation:• Create captivating 2D animations for marketing videos, presentations, and other digital media.• Work closely with the content creation team to integrate animations seamlessly into multimedia projects.Brand Consistency:• Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all design and animation work.• Ensure that designs and animations align with the company's visual identity and messaging.Collaboration:• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and content creation, to bring creative concepts to life.• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve designs.Software Proficiency:• Demonstrate expertise in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and 2D animation software (e.g., After Effects, Toon Boom).Stay Updated on Design Trends:• Stay informed about industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Graphics Designer & 2D Animator, preferably in web development or digital marketing agencies.• Portfolio showcasing a strong design aesthetic and proficiency in 2D animation.• Expertise in industry-standard design and animation software.• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
