Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify potential clients, generate leads and set up initial meetings with decision-makers. The Business Development Executive will collaborate closely with account managers to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads for nurturing and closing. This role is essential in expanding our sales pipeline and driving the company’s global growth in the IT services sector.Compensation

SalesEducational QualificationMinimum of 1 year of experience as a Business Development Executive with an emphasis on lead generation and/or sales pipeline generation.Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a related industry or sector.Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, target markets, and potential business opportunities.
Generate and qualify leads through cold outreach, networking, and leveraging various online tools (e.g., LinkedIn, industry databases).
Build a consistent sales pipeline by engaging with prospects and securing initial meetings for the account managers.
Develop and execute strategies to approach and engage potential clients, including email campaigns, phone outreach, and social media interactions.
Track and manage leads and opportunities using CRM systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Collaborate with the account managers and other internal teams to ensure a smooth transition of leads.
Stay up-to-date with the company’s service offerings and industry developments to effectively pitch and engage clients.
Participate in industry events and webinars to identify new leads and establish potential connections.

Key Skills Required
Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or sales, preferably in the IT or technology services sector.
Strong research skills and the ability to identify new markets and business opportunities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients through multiple channels.
Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving lead generation and meeting setup targets.
Familiarity with lead generation platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Knowledge of IT services (Salesforce, ServiceNow, AWS, etc.) is a plus.
